Hello guys! :) Just some announcements I need to make.. FIRST TIME!

for those who didn't come on Sunday (24/6), we did and exercise and I think it's better if everyone participated! Namely, Sam Low, Sam Phua and Tim. Basically what we did is: everyone had a piece of paper with their name on it, so we passed it around and on the paper everyone wrote something good about the person (like talents or abilities that the person has, or if any insightful views, like what ministry the person should join. ONLY good comments, not even the kind that go around the bush to shoot people. In any case, the Jesselyn Censorship Board will always be there to punish evildoers), and so I collected everything back then I'll compile it and put it all in one piece for each person. yup. So, would really appreciate if EVERYONE you went on Sunday would write some stuff for the 3 of them and also Edmund, Jon Li, Darren and Priscilla. And for Sam P and Sam L and Tim, write for everyone! If you need a list it's Amanda, Brit, Cheryl, Van, Serene, Jo, Len, Dino, Jun Qiang, Jon Ho, Norm, Edmund, Jon Li, Darren, Pris. Okay! Then give to me when I see you all at Speedlight this Sunday. And why Speedlight, not cell?

Brings me to my next announcement : NO CELL THIS SUNDAY! for those who weren't here when I told the rest 2 Sundays ago, new Speedlight policy is that every first Sunday of the month no cell wef from July to give CLs a chance to be taken care of as well. So what you guys will be doing this Sunday, is this - since Sue left we haven't given her any form of appreciation, so it'd be good if we could all just come together to do a small booklet for her, compiling all our notes of thanksgiving. And I'll try to find a book for her also. Amanda and someone else of her choice will be in charge!

One last thing, another new policy in Speedlight is that cell teaching will now be based on Speedlight sermons, so I will need you all to come back for Speedlight, for those who have not been going. Sometimes how much we learn from sermons is very dependent on how much we're willing to listen. Listen means to digest, not just hear the word.
So then faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of God. Romans 10:17
Compared to Pastor Sam, my knowledge of the Bible is very limited, and P. Sam wasn't ordained a pastor based on nothing! No one here I know attends main service or Miracle Service, so if you're only getting your feeding from cell, it might not be adequate, cos as I said, neither of us are as qualified as Pastor Sam. So please start coming, and devoting your time to Speedlight! It's changing, and hopefully we'll all take heart in this change.
